Order Processing All orders are processed within 2 business days after confirmation of order details with the customer. Our managers will contact you after placing your order, or you can reach out to us directly before ordering.
Minimum Order The minimum order amount is €100.
Delivery — Ukraine
- Carrier: Nova Poshta
- Delivery time: 2–5 business days
- Options: pickup at Nova Poshta branch or courier delivery to your address
- Shipping cost is paid by the recipient at the carrier's rates
Delivery — Moldova
- Carrier: Nova Poshta International
- Delivery time: from 4 business days
- Options: pickup at Nova Poshta branch or courier delivery
- Shipping cost is paid by the recipient at the carrier's rates
Shipping Cost Shipping cost is calculated based on weight, dimensions, and delivery address. For large wholesale orders and international shipments, shipping terms are agreed individually with your personal manager.
Customs & Duties (Moldova) International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Damaged Goods If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours via the details on our Contact page.
