Return and Refund Policy
Our company specializes in the supply of professional equipment and goods for the hotel, restaurant and commercial segments. We guarantee the quality of each product and strive to provide a high level of service to our customers.
Return and exchange of goods
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the buyer has the right to exchange or return goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Terms of return and exchange
Return or exchange is possible provided that:
the goods have not been used and do not have traces of use;
the appearance, consumer properties and completeness are preserved;
the original packaging is preserved;
there is proof of purchase (order number, invoice or receipt).
For wholesale and individual orders, the terms of return are agreed separately.
Goods that are not subject to return and exchange
The following are not subject to return and exchange:
goods that have been used;
goods damaged by the buyer;
household chemicals and professional detergents;
personal hygiene items (toothbrushes, combs, etc.);
individual, branded or custom-made goods.
In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, the company may refuse to return or exchange goods of proper quality that are included in the approved List of non-food goods that are not subject to return and exchange.
How to issue a return
To issue a return or exchange, you must:
Contact us in a convenient way (phone, Viber, Telegram or e-mail).
Inform the order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
Receive confirmation and the address for sending the goods.
Send the goods to the specified address.
Refund
After receiving and checking the goods, the funds are returned within 1-3 business days in a convenient way for the parties (to a bank card or other agreed method).
Shipping costs
In the event of returning the goods of proper quality, the buyer pays the shipping costs.
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, all shipping costs are borne by the company.
